Shipping policy and delivery terms

IMPORTANT - Our goal is to get your candy to you safely.  All orders are shipped from Cleveland, Ohio USA 44129.

All orders will be processed as soon as possible, and in every case no later than the next business day unless a product is out of stock or warm weather would dictate a different ship date.  Express shipping orders receive priority, and will ship the next business day, or maybe even the same day ( if a business day and by 4pm ).   This is subject to the availability of product, and excludes all weekends and holidays. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you by phone, email or both.

We currently ship to all US addresses ( including Military )  and Canada via the Fedex Trade Network.

The cost to ship is based on the weight, the destination zip code, and the type of service selected. We know it's expensive, as many candy products are heavy. We do receive volume pricing from the shippers we use, and we pass along savings to you the customer. In your shopping cart, there is a link to "get a quote". Simply enter your state and zip code to have the rates displayed by available carrier and service type.

If you are ordering meltable products and the delivery date is time sensitive please call us at 888-729-1960 to make arrangements.  Please be sure to include any special delivery instructions that will assist the delivery process, especially if you are shipping to an apartment. Please note these other situations may also delay your order:

  • Your billing information does not match the credit card as reported to us by your credit card issuer.
  • Your shipping address is different than the billing address.
  • The delivery address you provided is an apartment.

 Below are the current ground service transit times from our warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio as provided by Fedex.  The United States Post Office times are similar, however not the same. Please note these times are from the day shipped, not from when an order is placed. We may delay your shipment is warm weather is a concern. Please call 888-729-1960 is the receipt date for your candy is time sensitive.

When hot weather is upon us, we reserve the right to modify our available shipping methods to make sure you receive your product in good shape. All orders containing meltable items ( generally chocolate, wax and sugar free products ) should choose either next day or 2 day express shipping. You can also help by shipping to a business address if possible. These generally ( but not always ) receive shipments earlier in the day and have someone there to receive the package. If you ship to a residence and the driver determines, in his or her opinion, it is not safe to leave the package, then they won't! And if they do, it may sit in the hot outdoors until retrieved by you! Please let your product sit at room temperature if is has been in hot conditions. This will allow any product that may have gotten soft to return to normal. We may hold an order an wait to ship until the next Monday so it does not sit in a hot truck over a weekend.

Packages are picked up from our warehouse Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. No orders are shipped out on weekends or holidays.


Orders selecting USPS service ( only option for PO Boxes ):

These are normally delivered with your regular US mail service.  Larger packages may be delivered separately.

PO Boxes and Military addresses:

These are always shipped with the USPS. FedEx can not deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses.


Orders selecting a FedEx service:

Fedex delivery services are either Ground or Express.

Ground services are as follows:

Home Delivery : Tuesday - Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you have a business with a residence at the SAME LOCATION - SAME BULIDING, such as a ranch or farm, dental or medical office, veterinary office, insurance agent, or a repair or retail shop, it is considered HOME DELIVERY. Also, a rectory, convent or parsonage is HOME DELIVERY. If it's a DIFFERENT BUILDING then it is classified as Ground Delivery (business).


Business Delivery: Monday-Friday - by end of business day. This service is for businesses. Some examples other than the normal stand alone business buildings include a building converted from a residence where no one lives, funeral homes, prisons, firehouses, and churches.


Caution: When you're in need of a package on a specific day (a party for Satuday night, an event on the weekend) and you are unsure of the delivery schedule, please call us 888 729 1960.


Express delivery services offered are as follows:

FedEx 2nd Day: By end of the 2nd *business day after ship date in most areas.

FedEx Standard Overnight: Next *business day delivery after ship date by 3pm to most US addresses.

FedEx Priority Overnight: Next *business day delivery after ship date by 10:30 a.m. most US addresses.

* Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are NOT Business Days.
