Common Shipping Questions:

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed by 7AM each Monday thru Friday will be processed for shipping that business day.  ( We do not ship on holidays and weekkends ).  If we are out of product we will email you.  If we feel the candy would best be held so it soesn't sit in a hot truck then we will do so and ship the following Monday.  If you need your order by a date certain please call us at 888-729-1960.

How long does it take for my candy order to get to me?

We ship from Cleveland Ohio.  Time in transit varies based on service and distance you are from Cleveland.  Please visit this page for more detail and information!

How can I get my candy tomorrow?

Well that will require you to call us to see if that is possible.  If you are near Cleveland that will not be a problem.  We can overnight candy orders, and we ask that you call us to tell us you need it right way, and to discuss the delivery address specifics, what to do if no one is there to sign for the package, etc.

How do you charge for shipping and what are my options?

We charge fair shipping - it is the actual cost to pack and ship your order.  You will be presented options, which will generally be bot the USPS and FedEx.  We can ship with your UPS or FedEx account - simply call us to make those arrangements.   

What if I'm not at home when it is delivered?

The USPS will most often leave the package with your normal mail delivery.  If not they will leave a tag explaing what they did.  FedEx will leave your package based on their history with your delivery address and their assessment of the area.  All commercial deliveries require a signature or signature on file - we always suggest delivering to a business address as these are normally regular stops, the candy can get inside sooner,  and the package is signed for. 

Can I ask that my package must be sign for?

You can - you must call us to provide instrustions.  The carrier may assess a fee for this and if so it will be added to your invoice.

Do you ship to Military addresses?

Absolutely - we use the USPS for all orders shipping to a military address.

Tell me about Canadian Shipments

We are a registered non-resident importer via the Fedex Trade Network of Canada.  Please visit this page for details  For orders shiping to Canada, we will collect the applicable GST and HST.  We will then remit this to Canada via the Fedex Trade Netwotk of Canada.  Applicable sales taxes will appear in the shopping cart during checkout.

I need to change the delivery address - how can I do that?

Please call and or email us with the order number and the address change asap. 

Do you guarantee delivery times?

We do not - as we are not making the delivery.  We will work with the various carriers and you to meet your requirements, however the carriers will not guarantee delivery times - the best they will do is refund the shipping charge on certain types of express service shipments.

What about exchanges, returns and cancellations?
