Questions about placing an order:

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can! Please call us toll free at 888-729-1960 (888 SAY 1960). Our phones lines are open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm eastern time. If we miss you, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. It is helpful if you let us know what part of the country you are in, so we don’t call to early or late.

Can I make my purchase by check or money order?

Yes, you can. You can either call us or place the order on-line and select “pay with check/money order. Those orders paid with a money order will ship the next business day after it is received. All orders paid with a check will be held until the check clears our bank which is about 2 weeks.

Is all your candy in-stock?

No, not always. We do our best to keep stock levels current, however with 1,000s of candies we have situations where our inventory is out of sync with our website. If this happens, we will contact you via email and ask if you would like to wait, substitute, or cancel.

How do I get a coupon code?

Coupon codes are sent out weekly in our emails.  You can sign up here.   You can also click here to see the current coupon.  Please note that codes/offers can not be combined.

Can I use a coupon code if I call in by phone?

Yes, you can – please ask for the current offer. 

How do I reset my password?

You can reset or recover your password by clicking on the LOGIN link and following the prompts.

Can I reset my password if lost?

Of course - simply click on the Login link and follow the prompts.

What about Sales Tax?

We are in Ohio, where candy is not subject to sales tax.  We will collect sales tax on non candy items such as our toys. For orders shiping to Canada, we will collect the applicable GST and HST.  We will then remit this to Canada via the Fedex Trade Netwotk of Canada.  Applicable sales taxes will appear in the shopping cart during checkout.

How should I store my candy after purchase?

If you can exercise that level of discipline, we suggest you store your candy in a
cool room and out of any direct sunlight. Do not freeze, as this will cause a white film to appear on the chocolate. The candy will still taste the same- just not look the same.

What is the estimated shelf life of your various types of Candy?

Hard candy is 12+ months

Gummi candy is 6+ months

Chocolate candy is 6 months

Licorice products are 6 months

Taffy products like Salt Water Taffy are 6+ months

Popcorn and bakery products are 3 months

Many times candies are still fresh even past the Best By date on the wrappers.

Do you make any of the Candy?

We do not make any of the candy.  We simply take tempoary custody until delivered fresh to you!
