| Ground shipping is free to the continental United States on all product orders in excess of $300. IMPORTANT Only EXPRESS delivery service choices placed by 1pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, subject to availibility of product, and excluding weekends and holidays. All other orders selecting an express shipping method will be processed as soon as possible, and in any event will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding Fridays, weekends and holidays. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you by phone, email or both. If the delivery date of your order is important, please be sure to review our Shipping and delivery policy by clicking here. With the hot weather upon us, we have modified our available shipping methods to make sure you receive your product in good shape. All orders containing meltable items ( generally chocolate, wax and sugar free products ) must choose either next day or 2 day express shipping. As always, we are passing along our discounted shipping rates from FedEx. You can also help by shipping to a business address if possible. These generally ( but not always ) receive shipments earlier in the day and have someone there to receive the package. You may also ship to a FedEx/Kinko's location if there is one near you, but this would require you then go and pick up the package. If you ship to a residence and the FedEx driver determines, in his or her opinion, it is not safe to leave the package, then they won't! And if they do, it may sit in the hot outdoors until retrieved by you! Please let your product sit at room temperature if is has been in hot conditions. This will allow any product that may have gotten soft to return to normal. Please remember Saturday and Sunday are not business days, and a Saturday delivery to a business via any delivery method, or to a home with an express delivery method, requires that you call us to purchase Saturday Delivery which is offered by FedEx at an additional charge. The FedEx home delivery service via ground shipping generally delivers Tuesday through Saturday. We hope the information below will answer your shipping questions.
