IMPORTANT - Our goal is to get your candy to you safely. If you place an order by 1PM Eastern time and select Fedex Overnight or 2nd Day Air service we will attempt to ship your order that day. This is subject to the availability of product, and excludes all weekends and holidays. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you by phone, email or both. All orders will be processed as soon as possible. Please note the following important information: IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO We expect your order to ship on Friday, however we will not ship meltable product if the transit time would have it sitting in a warehouse or on a truck over a weekend. For these shipments we will hold them, and ship them on a Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.. If you are ordering meltable products and the delivery date is time sensitive please call us at 888-729-1960 to make arrangements. If we are out of stock of any items we will contact you via email or telephone before we ship your order. Please be sure to include any special delivery instructions that will assist the delivery process, especially if you are shipping to an apartment. We are pleased to offer electronic gift cards.
They can be purchased for use by yourself or as a gift.
They are electronic only, meaning you or the gift recipient will be sent an email with a code to be used during our checkout process. The code will only be sent via email, and no actual "card” will be issued. When sending this as a gift, you will need to supply the recipients name and email address. They will receive an email indicating the amount of the electronic gift, who it is from, and the code. It can be redeemed online at any time and expires two years from issuance. It is also subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Gift Certificates Terms and Conditions:
1. Redemption Gift Cards must be redeemed through the www.groovycandies.com web site toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
2. Limitations Gift Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of products through in-store pickup Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
3. Our Policies Gift Cards and their use on the www.groovycandies.com web site are subject to the Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice. We may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards.
4. Risk of Loss The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser or recipient, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
5. Fraud We will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases at www.groovycandies.com.
6. Limitation of Liability SUGAR MEMORIES LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
